DESCRIPTION:Interview with candidate Maria Lazar\, Tuesday\, February 4\, 2026\, 5:00 p.m. \nLocation:  Harvey Hall Theater\, 721 Third Street East\, Menomonie\, WI 54751. \nWisconsin voters will elect a new Supreme Court Justice on April 7\, 2026\, for a 10-year term. Two candidates have been announced: Judge Chris Taylor (Court of Appeals\, District IV – Madison) and Judge Maria Lazar (Court of Appeals\, District II – Waukesha). \nEvent co-sponsors are the Menard Center for the Study of Institutions and Innovation at UW-Stout\, Community Conversations of Northwest Wisconsin\, and League of Women Voters-St. Croix Valley Chapter. \nCandidate Chris Taylor is currently Judge of the WI Court of Appeals for District IV\, based in Madison; and Maria Lazar is Judge of the WI Court of Appeals for District II\, based in Waukesha.
