Unite and Rise Rally

SAVE THE DATE!  We have permission from the City Office to have a sign rally on Knowles Avenue from 10-12 on Saturday, August 8.  We have lots of signs promoting voting and the election.  This is an easy and fun thing to do together!  The more, the merrier!  This is a great way to get to know other members, as well as make a difference right before the election on Tuesday.

Unless you hear otherwise, we will meet at Glover Park.  Susan Bosley managed to get permission for us and has a suggestion for where we should stand. (Thank you, Susan!)  Stay tuned for further instructions.  If anyone is up for it, we can celebrate afterwards at someplace like Table 65.  If you know you can come, please send Kay Brooks (kaybrooks48@gmail.com)  an email.  Come even if you didn’t tell me!
